Train for Accountability Canvassing

Would you like to seize the moment and talk to voters this off-election year? Are you interested in experiencing a different type of canvassing? Starting this fall, KSC AFP will be doing accountability canvassing focusing on reproductive freedom.

Accountability canvassing entails engaging at the door in a conversation with the voter about their values and views, and then informing them about their current legislator’s record on reproductive freedom.  It does not involve convincing people to vote for a particular candidate. 

AFP is targeting districts of extreme anti-reproductive rights legislators, starting with House District CA-6 in Wolfeboro, to raise awareness about what these reps are doing on this issue in Concord and hold them accountable.
We will offer handouts with information about anti-choice bills the rep has sponsored and anti-choice votes he or she has made in the last few years. We will also find out what other issues voters are concerned about.
