URGENT Call to Action! Save the Affordable Care Act Subsidies
On December 31, 2025, the Affordable Care Act subsidies will end. If these subsidies expire, about 5 million people will immediately lose their ACA coverage, and premiums for many more may increase by an average of 114%, potentially causing many individuals to stop their insurance.
In the second week of December, the Senate will vote on whether to extend the subsidies for up to three years. After that, the House will decide if Representatives will even have the chance to vote on the measure.
Today, Card Campaign Asks for Your Help To Save The ACA Subsidies.
If you have questions or need support, contact us.
For more information on the national Card Campaign ACA call to action read below or contact the group directly:

You could print their cards or use your own, writing a simple message. Kent Street recommends sharing a personal story or writing a simple message, such as:
- Save the ACA subsidies
- Keep healthcare affordable and accessible
- Americans need affordable health care
After you send your cards, call and email.
The important thing is for our representatives to see how much support there is.

From Our Friends at the Card Campaign:
GET THE “AFFORDABLE CARE ACT” CARD
GET THE ACA POSTCARD TO CONGRESS
Good morning, Card Campaigners!
We created a postcard for you to send to your Senators and Representatives at their DC offices and your state or district offices, urging them to vote YES to extend the ACA subsidies. The postcard has space for you to add your personal message, including a story about how the ACA affects you, your family, or your friends.
Personal stories are powerful. We are also releasing a handout card to inform Americans about what’s at risk if the ACA subsidies expire and to encourage them to join us in urging Congress to act in the best interest of the people.
We need to spread this message widely so more people understand that this isn’t just about the ACA, but about the wider ripple effects that impact all of us.
Download the free PDFs at https://www.cc4democracy.com and print the cards at home or at a print shop. Or click the homepage Print Button to order from Howling Print and Promo. The website also provides links to House and Senate addresses and Distribution Guides for using the cards.
Time Is Short, And We Must Act Now! If the ACA subsidies are not renewed in the Senate, it’s unlikely we will get another chance to address the healthcare crisis facing all Americans before a new Congress is sworn in. We, the People, have accomplished some remarkable things since the resistance coalesced, and we’re growing into a very powerful movement. We’ve shown them what we can do. Now, let’s do it again! We still have a long way to go, Card Campaigners, before we can rest easy knowing our democracy is secure. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the effort each of you puts into this battle. You may not see a difference, but it’s true that every bit helps in this crisis. Together, We Are Saving Democracy. ONWARD! Michele and Leslie for the Card Campaign team Card Campaign.
