OPPOSE SB 268, permitting classification of individuals based on biological sex under certain limited circumstances.

We know we have been asking for people to make calls into the Governor’s office about this dangerous bill, but we have learned that the desk is about to land on Ayotte’s desk.  Please make sure to call NOW! This bill is nearly identical to the so-called “bathroom bill” she vetoed last spring – ask her to do the right thing once again and veto this bill.
