Bills being heard in committee hearings are open for remote action by signing in or submitting written testimony. Use the buttons below to access instructions, actions, and contact information related to bills with Hearings this week.

Although the legislature usually takes February vacation week off along with NH’s school kids, this year due to the high number of bills and the tight crossover deadline (when bills have to pass from one chamber to another), many House committees will be meeting to hold hearings and executive sessions. The Senate, which has far fewer bills to deal with, will be taking the week off. Some Senate and House bills have already been added to the schedule for the following week (the 1st week of March); we have included those in our current listings.

Sign in and provide written testimony by 9 o’clock on the morning of the bill’s hearing. (Sign-ins and testimony are officially accepted until 11:59 pm the day of the hearing. However, since some committees are voting on bills the same day they are heard, we recommend sharing your opinion before the committee meets.)
