NH Secretary of State Defends Election Integrity

David Scanlan, NH Secretary of State says “federal government cannot ‘usurp’ state authority over elections” in response to President Trump’s executive order to create a federal database of eligible voters.

Please phone, email or drop a post card to thank Secretary of State Scanlan for taking a stand against the administration’s attempt to undermine the perceived integrity of locally administered elections, and for defending New Hampshire’s Constitutional right to provide free and fair elections to the state.

Remember, Secretary Scanlan has also held the line against the administration’s demand that states turn voter data over to the federal government, even as the administration takes the state to court to force compliance.
