NH LEGISLATIVE REVIEW 2026

Accountability: Beyond the State House and Into Our Communities

June 11, 2026

6:30 to 8 pm, via zoom

Register here.

Due to the very full agenda, we will be starting our main program promptly at 6:30.

Please plan to join us at 6:15 pm, if possible, for a brief update on HB 1569. The federal circuit court recently ruled that affidavits must be allowed to prove citizenship when registering to vote in the state. This is a huge win for voting rights in New Hampshire!!

The 2026 legislative session is wrapping up and what a session it has been. The GOP-majority has done everything it can to push through an extreme Free State agenda that seeks to turn New Hampshire into some kind of right-wing, Libertarian dystopia. With bill after bill aimed at achieving this goal, the majority has been far too successful in their efforts.

From sky-rocketing property taxes to severely underfunded schools, from attacks on the most vulnerable among us to the systemic dismantling of our fundamental rights, the GOP-majority now needs to be held accountable.

Please join us at our June monthly meeting to learn which issues and which bills are  most likely to negatively impact our neighbors and our communities – and which are most likely to make voters finally understand that it is time to throw out the GOP Free State majority.

Sebastian Fuentes, Outreach & Field Director at Rights and Democracy NH will moderate a panel of some of our Democratic legislative champions. Please join us and learn about those issues which are most likely to resonate with voters across New Hampshire.
