Many of you may know that Kent Street generally doesn’t support candidates in contested races on the primary ballot. We respect and value the diverse positions of Kent Street Coalition’s supporters, and instead focus on bringing us together to support the Democrats on the ballot in the November general election.
Well, that is our intention, anyway. As has become more frequent in recent years, we see the Free State Project and others unaligned with Democratic values running candidates in the Democratic primary. It’s critically important that we make sure voters know who the actual Democrats are to make sure they do not accidentally vote for the imposters who openly disagree with fundamental Democratic values.
One has to wonder if operatives in the Republican party simply recognize that their MAGA and Free State policies can’t win in November, so their only chance of retaining power is to dupe voters into voting for fake Democrats on the Democratic ticket. That’s some wolf-in-sheeps-clothing stuff right there.
