Tuesday September 8th is New Hampshire Primary Day!

There are also some important things to know before you head to the polls:
- You can still register to vote and cast a ballot at the same time at the polls! Simply go to your regular polling place on Tuesday to register and vote. Voters must bring a valid photo ID to vote. If you do not have proof of citizenship required to register, you can fill out a form (affidavit) under oath.
- Bring a valid form of ID with you, such as:
- Driver’s license issued by any state or federal government
- Non-driver ID card issued by NH Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or the motor vehicle agency of another state
- Photo ID card for “voting identification only” issued by NH DMV
- United States Armed Services Identification Card
- United States passport or passcard
- If you run into problems at the polls, have voting questions, or feel that your rights have been violated at the polls, call the Attorney General’s hotline at 866-868-3703 or the ACLU of New Hampshire at 603-333-2201.
Your voice is your vote, so make sure you know your rights, make a voting plan, and head to the polls next Tuesday, September 8, for the New Hampshire Primary.

Print a sample ballot at home and mark up your chosen candidates before heading to the polls for an easy reference when you are in the voting booth.
