Important Update!

You may have heard of recent court cases both here in NH and on the Federal level that could significantly impact the upcoming elections. These cases are moving and changing at rapid speed. Unfortunately, the Trump administration’s repeated efforts to restrict voting rights and voter access have created significant confusion for voters (as is the intention).

As of today’s Happenings (August 30, 2026), based on conversations with various experts, it is our understanding that these cases are unlikely to impact voting in NH’s September 8th primary.
