Dear Kent Street Coalition,

As Trump continues his assault on democracy, trying to undermine our elections before they’ve even happened, we can’t know exactly what heTrump and his allies will try to do next.

But we do know one thing:

We are stronger than whatever they will try.

And the way we prove our strength—our power—is through the ballot box.

This year, more than ever, we need to run up margins of victory so decisive that there can be no denying the results. Up and down the ballot, we need our Democratic candidates (and aligned Independents) to win resoundingly. We need to show that the demand for change runs as deep as it runs strong.

This is the single most important thing we can do to protect our elections and our democracy: make the voice of the people so resounding and so loud that any effort to suppress it is doomed to fail.

Here’s the plan:

1. Print our Get Out the Vote Checklist. Hang it on the refrigerator. Share it with friends. Refer to it often and take the steps outlined there!
2. Check out and share our Midterms 2026 Resources. It includes links to register, how to contact your city or town clerk, voter protection and access information, and much more.
3. HELP GET OUT THE VOTE. The more voters we turn out, the higher our win margins, and the harder it is for anyone to overturn, discredit, or invalidate our votes. Kent Street Coalition leadership has committed to getting out the vote for Democrats up and down the ballot. Will you join us?
