Well … we thought Spring had come to New Hampshire, but now we are hit with a couple of cold days, and freezing temps at night. During these cold nights, we need to protect the most vulnerable plants in our gardens, so they can flourish as the days grow warmer and the light lasts longer. Just as we protect these young plants in the cold of night, we need to protect and support the most vulnerable in New Hampshire this week: our trans community, public schools, and NH students.
Our visibility Tuesday (April 21st – 12:30-1:30PM – Room 100 State House) is once again focused on dangerous anti-trans bathroom bills (HB1217, HB1299, HB1447). Please sign-in against these bills being heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Join us for Visibility and stay for the hearings at 1:30. Let’s flush these bad bathroom bills!
On Thursday April 23rd, we will be standing up to the Free State Agenda and specifically standing up against SB101, the Open Enrollment Bill. Open Enrollment will increase costs and close schools, both of which hurt New Hampshire’s students. Join us from 8-9:15AM outside the State House and follow us to Reps Hall from 9:15-10:00AM.
Let’s make sure we stand up and support our trans community and our schools and make every effort to help them flourish, while sending a message against the destructive and discriminatory Free State Agenda!
We hope to see you Tuesday and Thursday. As always, we will have signs, but feel free to bring your own as well.
Showing Up and Standing Up Together,

STATE HOUSE VISIBILITY AND HEARINGS: Enough Already
Stop the Attacks on Transgender Granite Staters!
12:30 to 1:30 pm, Visibility, State House, first floor
Please join us for visibility and then plan to sign-in in person and stay for the hearings to show your support for Transgender Granite Staters. The legislative attacks have been relentless and our support is greatly needed and appreciated.
Thursday April 23
STATE HOUSE VISIBILITY: Stop the Radical Free State Agenda
Stop Open Enrollment; Prosecute Hate Crimes
8 to 10 am, State House
8 to 9:15 outside; 9:15 to 10 by Reps Hall
Both the House and Senate will be in session. Join us to greet legislators as they arrive and to hold signs opposing the Radical Free State Agenda that seeks to dismantle the Granite State as we know it.
