100 Letters in 100 Days

The 100 day countdown to the November election has started! The Kent Street Coalition has set a goal for 100 Letters to the Editor to help NH Democrats get elected on the local, regional, and state level. And we are ready to help you get going!

Please sign up for the Kent Street Coalition “100 Letters in 100 Days” Challenge. How many letters will you pledge to write between now and election day? Tell us on this form.

You can write any letter you think will help the cause. The KSC team will work to amplify via social media as many of the published LTEs as we can.

Write letters that suit your style and concerns. We’re in the process of compiling ideas, inspiration, and talking points, and don’t hesitate to reach out for help! Here are our priority topics:

  1. Letters promoting state and local Democratic candidates’ strengths and policies.
  2. Letters addressing individual, local or collective NH GOP candidates’ shortcomings and policies that negatively affect their constituents,
  3. Letters addressing the MAGA Republican/Free State takeover of our State House and how their policies are raising our property taxes, draining funding from public schools, restricting access to health care, and more.

You can find a list of NH papers that publish letters here. A few tips on writing LTEs are also included.

Once you tell us how many LTEs you will write (using this form) you will get updates as the project grows.

Have questions, suggestions? Ask/make them via this form (same form for the pledges.)

Thanks so much!
