Republicans have controlled every lever of state government since 2020. In that time, we have watched property taxes skyrocket, housing and healthcare become increasingly unaffordable for average Granite Staters, public schools attacked, and our most fundamental freedoms eroded.

This is not by accident, it is by design. The Free State Project has hijacked NH politics and the NH GOP has refused to fight back.

Governor Ayotte has helped lead the far-right charge. Whether it be her open collusion with Trump’s MAGA policies or her embrace of the GOP Free State Agenda, Kelly Ayotte has been a disaster for everyday Granite Staters.

Ayotte must be defeated in November and Cinde Warmington is the person who can make that happen. The polls are clear: Cinde can win. Two months out, Cinde is within single digits of an incumbent governor. Ayotte’s job approval numbers are lower than any first-term governor in over 30 years.

We know Cinde can win this race. We can win this race. But only if we stop buying into the narrative – pedalled by Republican operatives – that Kelly is somehow unbeatable. The numbers prove otherwise and we should all take heart.

What happens if we all unite behind Cinde’s campaign?

We run up our numbers in NH down-ballot races. We increase our chances not only of winning back the NH House, but also making significant gains (even majorities!) in the NH Senate and on the Executive Council. We help to ensure congressional and Senate majorities in DC.

We understand that not everyone was onboard ahead of the June filing period – Democrats rarely fall in line behind a single candidate until the deadlines pass… that is how it should be.

But here we are. Cinde stepped up when no else did. We thank her for that. In so doing, she has earned the strong support of the Kent Street Coalition. We commend Cinde for jumping into the fray. It is now up to us to do whatever we can to get her elected.

We all know that Kelly Ayotte must be defeated. Not only is Cinde the winning candidate, we know that she will be an exceptionally qualified governor .We full-heartedly support her campaign and are excited by what her tenure as governor will mean for New Hampshire.
